Cheese Education Guild Certificate Program
The Cheese Education Guild is a certified education institution in Canada and the first to offer a certificate level cheese product knowledge study program. Patterned after international wine education programs, our graduates go on to be recognized cheese experts … authors, cheese mongers, event organizers, caterers and restaurateurs offering fine cheese service. Together we are leading the cheese renaissance and raising the bar for cheese quality and service appreciation.
This in-depth study program allows students to discover and explore the world of cheese through discussion & sensing.
Successful completion of each 24 hour course results in a Certificate of Achievement and an invitation to continue networking and learning through the Cheese Education Guild Caseophile Club. Plus, cumulative knowledge from our 3 core courses will prepare our graduates to take the Cheese Competency Exam* and obtain accreditation as a Cheese Professional.
