"Cheese can be the perfect accompaniment for many wines. But not every match is made in heaven making knowledge of cheese just as important as that of wine when recommending pairings. Kathy Guidi has the knowledge and passion to make learning about cheese a pleasure. The Cheese Education Guild program is a logical next step for the wine professional looking to expand their horizons and value."

Carol LePage, Sommelier,
Director of Sales Reif Estate Winery

"Kathy Guidi, fondly known as the "cheese lady", has contributed her expert knowledge and true passion for cheese to various Dairy Farmers of Canada projects over the last 3 years. Kathy’s expertise has been invaluable in several DFC partnerships, such as the Niagara Grape & Wine Festival and others, and has helped create prestige around these events while increasing awareness of the many wonderful varieties of Canadian cheese available. Her enthusiasm and appreciation for cheese contribute tremendously to the time-honored traditions of making and enjoying Canadian cheese."
