Artisan Cheese Marketing takes great pride in being able to develop and present customized cheese experiences for clients and / or their customers. Here are few of our proudest moments:

• Representing the Canadian cheese industry for Dairy Farmers of Canada and Canada Post at the launch of the first Cheese & Wine Stamp, August 2006 at Inniskillin Winery

• Enhancing the lifestyle experience by savouring and discussing cheese with clients on sailing adventures for Sail Escapes and Angus Yachts (along with food and wine experts James Chatto and David Lawrason).

• Developing appreciation and distribution for Fine Canadian Cheeses through tasting and education, at Niagara Wine Festivals, Sante Wine Festivals and Ontario Wine Awards for Dairy Farmers of Canada, since 2003.

• Leading cheese tastings and discussion on the VIA Rail Icewine Train to Niagara with Inniskillin and Chateau des Charmes wineries as well as on several other VIA Rail excursions.

• Presenting a cheese course at the 2004 Niagara Wine & Food Classic Winemakers Dinner at Niagara Culinary Institute, sharing the menu stage with Susur Lee, Michael Bonacini, Jason Parsons and Anna Olson.

• Leading the cheese discussion in many wine and cheese pairing workshops at food and wine expos, such as at Sante Wine Festival in Toronto for Dairy Farmers of Canada.

• Leading the "Spring Flush" seasonal cheese dinner study for the Toronto chapter of Slow Food International at Grano Restaurant

• Pairing wine and cheese with numerous Niagara Wineries, to further the 'gout de terroir' of Canada through awareness of Canadian fine cheese with VQA wines

• Leading cheese tasting discussions for Wine Clubs including Opimian, Niagara, Ontario and Australian Wine Societies

• Leading cheese and wine seminars for various fundraising events such as Breast Cancer Research at the Severn Lodge with Reif Winery
