Cheese Education Guild Registration

Course registration is easy. Simply follow the instructions below.
(For your convenience instructions are also part of the registration form.)

To Register

1. Download and complete our Word registration form.

2. E-mail the completed form to Artisan Cheese Marketing to hold your seat in the class.

3. Send payment with a copy of the completed registration information to:

   Please make cheques payable to Artisan Cheese Marketing.

Conditions

• Registration is not official until receipt of full payment.
• Money order or cheque only.
• Refunds prior to the beginning of a course will be subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee.
• No refunds once a course has begun.

You will receive confirmation of your enrollment upon receipt of your registration information.
